1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TiltForge, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. If you're using TiltForge on behalf of someone else, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for them.

2. What TiltForge Is

TiltForge is an informational, post-game analysis tool. It reads publicly available League of Legends match data from the Riot Games API and turns it into scores, a playstyle archetype, insights, and a suggested improvement plan. It is meant for learning and entertainment — it is not professional coaching, and it is not a real-time or in-game tool.

3. No Guarantee of Results

TiltForge does not guarantee that using it will raise your rank, improve your win rate, or change any in-game outcome. Our insights are interpretations of past data, not predictions or promises. Climbing depends on many factors outside our control — your opponents, your teammates, the patch, and your own play. Treat TiltForge as one input, not a guaranteed path.

4. Data Accuracy & Availability

TiltForge depends entirely on the Riot Games API. That means the data — and therefore your report — may be:

• ›Incomplete — some matches, modes, or stats may not be available through the API.
• ›Delayed — recently played games may take time to appear.
• ›Inaccurate or inconsistent — when Riot's data or our interpretation has gaps.
• ›Unavailable — the API can be down, rate-limited, or restricted for certain regions and key types.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or insight shown.

5. Riot Games Rules

TiltForge is a third-party tool. Your use of League of Legends remains governed by Riot Games' own Terms of Service and rules. Nothing in TiltForge is endorsed by Riot, and you must continue to comply with Riot's policies while playing. TiltForge does not provide any in-game advantage, automation, or anything that would violate Riot's terms.

6. Acceptable Use

When using TiltForge, you agree not to:

• ›Abuse, scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or its underlying APIs.
• ›Use TiltForge to harass, dox, stalk, or target any player.
• ›Use reports or data to threaten, shame, or harm others.
• ›Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or pass off the service as your own.
• ›Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

The data TiltForge shows is public, but that doesn't make harassment acceptable. Use it to understand and improve gameplay — yours or, respectfully, others'.

7. Service Changes & Availability

TiltForge is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. The service may also be temporarily unavailable, break, or behave unexpectedly — especially while in early access. We don't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

TiltForge is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TiltForge and the people behind it are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including any decisions you make based on its insights.

TiltForge is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of TiltForge after changes means you accept the updated terms.
